At Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan Zoisl ingredients take the centre stage through their daily changing 4, 6 or 8 course degustation (omakase) menu. Every day there will be a list of 28 seasonal ingredients – simply cross out the ones you don’t like or don’t want to eat so the culinary team can take this into consideration.
The open kitchen allows you to see what’s happening and Chef Stephan and his culinary team will serve all dishes. No guest should eat the exact dish twice – no signature dishes, no repetition.
Our menu included Lobster Bisque with Cod as well as Diced Braised Veal Tongue with Celeriac Puree. Each dish was paired with wines from Austria and Switzerland, specifically selected for the menu of the evening. With daily changes to the ingredients, you will have a unique experience every time you visit.
