By the edge of the picturesque Kallang Basin, is an old warehouse with minimalistic décor and eclectic artwork. The mix of carpets and greenery makes it feel homey, yet contradicts its culinary gem status.

Kilo’s fusion menu draws from the heritage of Puerto-Rican founder Javier Perez and Spanish Chef Manel Valero. They both keep an open mind with ingredients, techniques and flavours. Hence, what started as a primarily Japanese menu, has now grown to include Italian, Southern American, Thai, and Korean elements.

Dishes to try include Beef Tongue Tacos with Apple Miso Slaw, Roasted Jalapeño & Garlic Butter and Spicy Duck & Pomelo Salad to name a few.

With all its offerings, Kilo hopes to become a place that feels like home for people from all walks of life. They aim to create a sharing experience amongst family and friends, both old and new.
