With acclaimed chef Chui Lee Luk at the helm, Singapore’s Luxe presents a more sophisticated approach to Luxe, dishing up contemporary Australian fare with a nod to Chef Chui’s Asian roots.
Her menu blends traditional Chinese and Peranakan ingredients together with French and Spanish flavours, while keeping in mind its modern Australian background. As an ode to the Singaporean scene, the menu here integrates a range of tropical ingredients, and produce from around the South-East Asian region.
