OSO Ristorante is the cultural and gastronomical “embassy” of Italy. They are located in a beautifully renovated, four-storey Heritage shophouse at Bukit Pasoh – the trendier side of Chinatown.
OSO opened in 2004 by two long-time friends – chef Diego Chiarini and General Manager Stephane Colleoni. They are best known for the authentic pan-Italian cuisine. Despite the number of Italian restaurants you can find in Singapore, OSO stands out. Chef Diego’s insistence on high quality and seasonal ingredients, paired with well-priced wines, make OSO one of the island’s best.
Private dining spaces and alfresco seating are also available. This makes OSO suitable for every occasion.
The Beef Carpaccio, Burrata Cheese with Tomato Sabayon and all of Diego’s fresh pastas stay on in our minds, long after we leave the restaurant.
