Join us for our third, exclusive EAT Family dinner at Pollen!
We want to introduce you to the amazing chefs that we have featured in our book this year and meet up over dinner. The Chef created a special menu for us, featuring his favourite ingredients and dishes.

The dinners are communal seating and some dishes can be served as sharing platters. Dinner starts around 7pm and will have 1 seating. If you arrive later, you’ll join the dinner at the course we’re at.
Chicken liver parfait, beetroot jelly
H. Forman smoked salmon, taramasalata
Scallop and truffle sandwich
Duck jelly, pea puree, Scottish crab
Tomato salad, frozen, ketchup, pickled, sand, roasted
Grilled Iberico pork collar, carrots, mandarins
Poached salmon, artichokes, parmesan and basil
Welsh lamb loin, bagna cauda, mushroom tapenade, pickled peppers
Blackcurrant and Szechuan, milk ice
Poached Rhubarb, shortbread, custard ripple ice cream
The accompanying wine-pairing for $88++ will feature 5 glasses.
